Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct, and it’s being entered correctly, without any extra spaces at the end.
Just to be sure, try removing another device on your network and re-adding to make sure it reconnects successfully with the provided password.
Move your Tidbyt physically closer to your Wi-Fi router. Start approximately 1-3 feet away and see if that works.
If you are using a mesh Wi-Fi system, start with your Tidbyt near your main access point. Try to setup your Tidbyt in this location.
If you tried all of the steps above and still cannot setup your Tidbyt, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as you can provide.
Things that will be useful to us:
- The email address you used to sign into Tidbyt (or that’s associated with your Gmail or Apple account)
- The brand and model of your Wi-Fi router.
- A screenshot from your phone that shows the error.
- A photo of your Tidbyt when the setup fails.
