Ensure other devices on your network can connect to the internet. For example, make sure you can load google.com on your laptop or tablet connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Check status.tidbyt.com and ensure all boxes are green. It should look something like this:
Move your Tidbyt physically closer to your Wi-Fi router. Start approximately 1-3 feet away and see if that works.
If you are using a mesh Wi-Fi system, start with your Tidbyt near your main access point. Try to setup your Tidbyt in this location.

- The email address you used to sign into Tidbyt (or that’s associated with your Gmail or Apple account).
- The brand and model of your Wi-Fi router.
- A screenshot of the mobile app when the setup fails.
- A photo of your device when the setup fails.
